Painting, oil on canvas, 70 x 45 cm in size, depicting the martyrdom of Saint Clare by a worthy Lombard school of the mid-17th century.

In this painting we can see the skills of the artist capable of painting both a solid and compact structure and a more decomposed composition, carried out by a material brushstroke that shapes lively, strong but at the same time ethereal expressions.

In this painting we immediately notice in the representation a less pungent color, with a softer and more suffused taste that unfolds on a loose and frank pictorial ductus with such sweet tones able to make us dream, despite the delicate moment.

The painting, unfortunately, is unframed.
