"Art Nouveau Vase Daum Nancy On Piedouche Decorated With Dahlias In Bloom On A Pink Background"
A wide neck overflowing with the most beautiful effect for this large Daum vase in multilayer glass on a pedestal finely etched with acid. Decor of flowering dahlias and buds in plum wine color and brown foliage in the lower part on a speckled yellow, green, mauve and delicately pink background. The photos were taken in daylight without additional lighting except the penultimate photo with a small auxiliary lamp. Signature known as the "Daum Nancy" escutcheon with the cross of Lorraine France. Art Nouveau period around 1910-1915. A beautiful light intensity and a large volume due to its overflowing collar. Note that its foot is also finely engraved in relief with leaves reminiscent of the decoration of the vase, which denotes a particularly neat realization, because most of the time, the foot is smooth without any engraving. Very good original condition. Height: 34 cm Diameter at the neck: 19 cm Many other objects to discover in my stand at the Trade Shows in which I participate.
