Bas-relief sculpture in ebonite *, representing drinking cherubs, bunches of vines and barrels, from the 19th century Napoleon III. In good condition. * Ebonite: Charles Goodyear obtained ebonite in 1839 by subjecting natural rubber to a prolonged (and extreme) vulcanization process. Its color close to that of ebony is at the origin of its name. His brother Nelson Goodyear patented it and marketed it in 1851. Dimensions: 28 cm x 15.5 cm.
