Beautiful set of 'Plis de serviette' woodwork for stairs:

- 12.3 linear meters of low paneling height 91 cm in 8 panels of 200 196 195 182 172 148 80 57 cm,

- slope of approximately 26.5%, corresponding to a rise of 99 cm over a length of 180 cm on the ground, i.e. 6 steps 30 cm deep and 15.5 cm high (see attached plan).

- these technical elements step height/step depth are the characteristics of a staircase that is comfortable to climb.

The set is in hard noble wood, pegged, it has never been painted. It is in very good condition.

It dates from the 19th century, a period which was commonly inspired by earlier styles, with a good quality of wood and beautiful craftsmanship.

Very good quality material for a chic/charming and original decoration once painted, which will catch the light superbly.
