Jules Dumouchel born in Le Havre in the 19th century Eléve de Lequien and Gérôme, he started at the Salon in 1879. Oil on canvas depicting fishing boats in front of the Lieutenancy. Large stone building with corner turret which owes its name to the fact that it was used as accommodation for the King's lieutenant under the old regime. Honfleur, a small maritime city which is one of the important villages of the Duchy of Normandy. Oil on canvas presented in a wooden frame and gilded stucco
