A beautiful Louis XVI style table made by the famous Parisian manufacture Escalier de Cristal, active between 1802-1923. The table has fluted legs and all the decorations are in solid and carved wood. The entire piece of furniture is covered with traditional tortoiseshell gilding on pulment. The marble top. Escalier de Cristal (1802-1923) - the company was founded by Marie Desarnaud, it produced high-quality furniture and artistic objects designed by world-renowned designers. He made, among other things, the famous dressing table for the Duchess of Berry or Caroline of Bourbon-Sicily, daughter of François I of Bourbon, King of Sicily. This piece of furniture is now in the Louvre in Paris and is a prime example of furniture in the style of Charles X. Height 73 cm, length 65 cm, width 49 cm. The condition is visible in the photos.
