French School Of The XIXth : Large Painting "the Two Sisters"

French school of the nineteenth: "The two sisters", oil on canvas to restore 81 X 65 cm, mounted in a frame 91 X 74 cm in German gilding a damaged and cussoné. Probably a study of a detail of a large painting, these two young girls are dressed in mid-19th century fashion. "In its own juice", the work shows pretty details of skin tones and textiles and fortunately presents a tear in the backgrounds and is mounted on a frame somewhat cussoné like the frame.
