Cheval sur fond rouge, 1948, by Fernand Léger. Silkscreen with stencil coloring on wove paper. Monogrammed and dated on the plate lower right. Made in 1951 from the original gouache of the year 1948 by the Renson workshops in Paris for the Art d'Aujourd'hui edition in Boulogne-sur-Seine in France. Already mounted under a new acid-free master key. Edition print: 1,500 copies Paper size: 30.7 x 23.7 cm Image size: 26.0 x 20.5 cm Mat dimensions: 45.5 x 39.5 cm The stencil is in very good condition.
