Of very beautiful dimension this picture in trompe l'oeil seems to be a window open on a city of the Atlas region.

Fabio Rieti (1925-2020), painter and painter of architectural decoration, is listed in the Benezit.
Fabio RIETI’s career as a muralist began with the coloring of large urban areas such as Bobigny (France). This was the beginning of a fifteen-year collaboration with Émile Aillaud. He worked on all the subsequent projects of this architect such as the coloring of the ensembles of Chanteloup or Nanterre (France).
The pedestrian of the halls allowed him to know a certain notoriety that propelled him into the world of urban wall art. Since then he has scattered France with his achievements: Paris, Dunkerque, Le Mans, Nice, Marseille, Juan les pins etc...
Fabio RIETI exhibited his paintings in many cities, in New York in 1963 and 1965, in Rome in 1969, in Paris three times during the 1960s.
“Fabio Rieti, the traveler with three countries, Italy, the United States and France, is a man of the cities. He dedicated his life and his work to them.
Rieti’s architectural trompe l'oeil and his art of decoration are subjects of eternal wonder. A man passionate about architecture, musical studies, literature, science. Rejecting the label of artist, preferring that of "maker of images".”
