"Drageoir Baroque, Liège 1780, Sterling Silver, Remy-joseph Rénier"
Magnificent drageoir with the typical double shell, for the Princedom of Liège, in Rococo style and from the Louis XVI period. It is hallmarked with the vintage 1772, the date of the beginning of the reign of the prince bishop de Vellbrück, the letter date H for the year 1780, the coat of arms of the reigning prince bishop and a master silversmith's mark composed of two crowned capital letters, including the one Image is an R. The two shells are decorated with a few laurel stems and rest on arched rococo-style feet. Top quality piece.
