Rare and small chest of drawers from Dauphiné in cherry and rosewood from the 18th century. It rests on very lightly scalloped feet on the front and straight on the back. It opens on the front with 3 cherry wood drawers which each include a geometric pattern in rosewood forming a very particular contrast typical of the Dauphiné's furniture. The drawers are decorated with a period bronze lock entry and their lock. The chest of drawers is topped with a solid cherry wood top molded on 3 sides with a corbin beak.
