Oil on canvas signed lower right E. GALIANY pseudonym of Eugène Galien Laloue. With great discretion, he used many pseudonyms and allowed him to circumvent the exclusive contract with a painting dealer.He made his debut at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1817 and will continue to present his works there throughout of her career. Painter of Paris in the Belle Epoque, he also sublimates the landscapes of the Ile-de-France countryside. In 1874, he stayed in Fontainebleau where he painted sunsets and sunrises. Present in many museums Auvers sur Oise, Louviers, La Rochelle, Reims, Mulhouse Table presented in its original frame in wood and gilded stucco
