"Normandy Two Corps Buffet"
Buffet two Norman bodies in oak typical of Saint Sever (bocage Virois). Furniture molded and carved with flower motifs: roses, lilacs, daisies, ears of wheat, bindweeds ... note that all these flowers have a symbolism. Nest with chicks and their mother (number of children desired), canopy (symbol of the presence of God), columned uprights, heart stripes around the panels, doors slightly arched at the top, a row of three drawers with pearl , original brass trim and locks, top with scalloped front. Furniture completely revised by us in the purest of traditions. This model is similar to the one presented on page 92 in the work by Jacques Mahier, to note that this model is extremely rare.
