Large old edition sculpture "Antiope" by Fayral pseudonym of Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962) and edited by the Max le Verrier workshops of the Art Deco period around 1920. It represents Antiope, daughter of Arès and queen of the Amazons, huntress ready to throw out her javelin. Very beautiful light green patina characteristic of old editions, art cast specific to Le Verrier foundry and stone plinth. Signature, below, on the side of stone, "Fayral".
