Elegant small walnut writing table from the Louis XIV period. It rests on 4 ball feet connected to each other by a scalloped and molded X-shaped spacer, adorned with a top in its center. The base is composed of 4 spindle-turned balusters and connected by belt crossbars scalloped in mustache. On the front, the table opens with a louluré drawer fitted with a bronze pull button, a molded top covers the whole. Quality work in very good state of conservation, elegant because of its fretwork and its base which gives it a great lightness.
