Contemporary half-chagrin binding, ornate smooth spine, against marbled boards. Original edition. Note: this volume is in good condition. Slightly worn back and boards, clean interiors, some foxing. Copy marked by Monsieur Henry Le Bleu. Colonial officer, Méhier de Mathuisieulx (1860-?) Was charged in 1901 with a reconnaissance mission of the Syrtes shore, still under nominal Turkish domination.
