Carrara marble sculpture, Italian school from the early twentieth century, representing the Blessed Virgin wearing a veil, her face inspiring softness and purity. Presence on the back of a signature: E. FIASCHI. Emilio Fiaschi 1858/1941 sculptor trained at the School of Fine Arts in Florence, active in this city from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. Much mastery in the work of marble, good general condition, tiny gaps, molded and polished base also in marble.
