They consist of a serving part in silver metal, and a filled silver handle (silver shell filled with wax or plaster in order to cram and block the serving part in the handle. This is done using a rod. metal attached to the serving part, which is therefore invisible because it is stuffed in the handle).
Very good condition of the whole, to note some scratches in places on the parts to be served.
French work, hallmarked with the neck brace, and produced by the goldsmiths Louis Ravinet and Charles Denfert working in association between 1891 and 1912.
