"Louis XV Period Marquetry Slope Desk"
Elegant small sloping desk in rosewood and rosewood marquetry from the Louis XV period. Resting on four slightly arched feet, it has a front drawer across the entire width at the bottom and two small side drawers framing a false middle drawer. The flap reveals a stepped interior in native wood, in the middle a niche at the bottom of which there is a secret hiding place. Provincial work from the second half of the 18th century.
