Pair of Louis XVI style vases in blue porcelain and gilt bronze mount Napoleon III period XIX. Athenian-shaped tripod base in gilded bronze finely chiseled with faun masks connected by garlands of vines in the upper part ending in foliated doe feet resting on a molded onyx base, adorned with acanthus leaves in the center underlined with a frieze of gilded bronze beads. Mercury gilding with original double patina in very good condition cleaned by our workshop (we report some old pitting on the porcelain) Work from the Napoleon III period of beautiful craftsmanship both in the delicacy of the chasing and in the quality of the gilding .
