LAMP BASE:Tall late 18th century gilt bronze pique candle mounted as a lamp.
Fluted barrel decorated with acanthus leaves, Base with four curved sides each adorned with a tree of life, all resting on lion's feet. The tree of life symbolizes love and protection as well as resurrection or immortality. Very good quality of the gilding. Very good state.
SHADE: New, pagoda-shaped with eight sides in champagne-colored silk. Interior in white stretched textile. ELECTRIFICATION: New. E27 socket, gold twisted textile cable, manual switch and gold plug / socket. LED bulb supplied.
