"Pair Of Large Iridescent Vases, Pampas, Kralik, Art Nouveau, Bohemian, Around 1900"
A pair of magnificent "Pampas" vases in iridescent glass. The vases are decorated with multicolored ribbons which, on the one hand, resemble floral motifs and, on the other hand, border on abstraction. They come from the famous Czech art glass factory Wilhelm Kralik Sohne. The company founded by Wilhelm Kralik (1806-1877) at the time of his death included at least seven glassworks, some of which were taken over by his four sons. They continued to perfect modern glassmaking techniques and produce top quality art glass. The company existed until around 1940. Wilhelm Kralik Sohne, Art Nouveau, Bohemian, around 1900.
