they are enclosed in a finely chiseled gilt bronze frame decorated with heart stripes.
the mirror rests on an axis whose base consists of a gilt bronze ball from which slender acanthus leaves emerge.
the whole rests on three lion's paws finely worked in gilded bronze. the base is in bronze with brown patina. the original gilding is preserved, but has some lacks of seniority.
both mirrors have been changed.
