"Stained Glass - 2 Angels In Lamentation"
This stained glass window was realized by Charles Lorin in 1890 in his workshop in Chartres. The signature is visible on the right.It represents two angels in lamentation. Just above the signature, to the right of the stained glass window, we can read "To my friend H. Bernardeau his devoted".
It is made of colorless glass painted with "grisaille" and silver yellow, fired at high temperature and then surrounded by lead.
The net is made up of plain glasses of different colors.
