"Spanish Colonial Silver Cup Circa 1800"
A cup from the Spanish Colonial period with Two Silver Handles, Probably Guatemala, Late 18th / Early 19th Century This old cup / centerpiece / resting on a circular pedestal is polylobed in shape, with pinched sides flanked by two decorated handles flowers. The body is executed in cast silver, hammered, chiseled in the upper part of a large frieze of flowers and foliage. French “swan” control hallmark, no country hallmarks. Max. Length 34.5 cm Diameter: 28 cm Height: 11 cm Weight: 1611 gr Good condition / some old welds No shocks or restorations.
