Exceptional late eighteenth-century Sevres porcelain plate, Brand of the painter Louis Gouffe around 1799. This plate is part of a service which is named in the archives of the Sèvres manufacture. Porphire areas, Etruscan rosettes. The design of the decoration of a plate appears in the album of plate designs kept at the Sèvres factory under number 170. This service was delivered on March 19, 1799 to citizen JB Sauvegrain, This plate is in good condition, no scratches, no gold wear, the colors are fresh and powerful, note 3 small chips on the back around the border no visible side face (I do not restore anything like that we know what we are buying)
