Charles Liozu (1866 - 1948) is a French painter and designer,
Pupil of Jean - Paul Laurens. Charles Liozu was born in Les Cabannes, in the canton of Cordes. He attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse and then in Paris. He was a drawing teacher at the Lycée d'Albi then curator of the Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec museum in Albi. Paintings and drawings by this artist are kept at the Albi Museum.
