Square shaped box with re-entrant angles resting on a heel, decorated with foliage medallions and lotus flowers, these are framed with swastika or swastika in diamonds at the angles.the box is apparently carved in wood enhanced with red and gold lacquer.
Period 20th century.
Note some lacks as visible in the photos, this box comes from an estate and is therefore sold in its home condition.
