Travels: 1931-37 Switzerland, 1938 Praque, Spain and Italy. 1938-43 in Germany: 1939-42 als Chief-Designer by the Rosenthal-Porzellain manufactory in Berlin, nearby also as an illustrator for various Zss magazines. (publisher Westermann; Velhagen & Klasing; Belvedere). Since 1945 again worked in Austria. 1946 Prof. and Prize of the Austrian National Bank; 1949 Gold Medal of Honor of the Viennese "Künstlerhaus"; 1955 Prize of the Austrian Art Institute. .
