Bernard Lignon (1928-2017) is a French expressionist painter. He is known for his views of Paris, Provence, bouquets of flowers, clowns and some horse scenes. He had international fame through his exhibitions (Europe, Japan, United States). He worked with César, Yves Montand, Lino Ventura. His paintings were acquired in particular by the Aga Khan, Ava Gardner, the king of Morocco.
