In 1912 he received a scholarship. He lived in Morocco where he was a professor of drawing. Founding President of the Moroccan Painters Association, he was standard bearer of the North African Pavilion at the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1925.
Painter of wonderful landscapes, he exhibited at the Salon of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and at the Salon des Indépendants which in 1943 consecrated him with an important anthology.
The painting is in very good condition.
