Object description :

"An Empire Secretary, Early 19th Century"
A charming little secretary with columns in Cuban mahogany from the Empire period.
It opens with four drawers, one of which is in a belt and a flap revealing a mahogany theater, decorated with small columns and five drawers.
The bronze ornamentation is of very good quality as are the double barrel locks.
Parisian work from the Empire period (circa 1810-1815).

Condition report: restored in our workshop in December 2021, traces of old restorations, the keyholes entries are added (the original entries are recessed).
Writing desk depth: 50cm.
Writing desk width: 42cm.
