"Bronze "
Bronze sculpture with brown patina signed Eugène de Gaspary, Parisian sculptor from the end of the 19th century who received an honorable mention in 1894 at the Universal Exhibition. This work depicts a Setter in a resting position standing on its legs, awaiting instructions from its master. Its outstretched body forms a straight line from its muzzle to the tip of its tail in perfect balance. On the terrace we find the signature of the artist. The set rests on a cherry red marble veined with white and gray, with chamfer. This bronze animal work exudes a feeling of serenity and honors the loyalty of this hunting dog.
