Blue enamelled glass vase adorned with painted child decoration, dear to Mary Grégory. American artist specializing in enamelled glass, she works at the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company. It depicts Victorian-style children dressed in sailor costumes amid nature settings resembling Kate Greenaway's illustrations. His milk-white enamelled subjects were made by applying them to glasses, vases, decanters... His European productions were made in the glass-making towns of Bohemia, such as the Han de Gablonz and Moser glassworks in Kabland. Our vase is in perfect condition
