Stunning antique stone sculpture. It is a Roman head of a man with fine features, a large flat nose, large eyes and well-lined lips. His forehead is quite low and he wears short curly hair. A few chips, a darker mark on the right cheek. This sculpture dates from the 3rd or 4th century AD. It was based on a square of raw oak wood. Invoice forming a certificate attached to the package.
