Serving console from the Napoleon III period, in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. Its top consists of an elegant tray with a bec-de-corbin groove and molding around its perimeter. A pediment nicely carved with volutes embellishes it at the back, accompanied at each end by a piece turned into a spinning top. This piece of furniture opens in a belt by a drawer, decorated in applique with winding and foliage motifs, embellished with a macaroon in the center. It rests on the front on two very arched console legs in solid mahogany, carved in the upper part with a large acanthus leaf: they have the shape of a double volute, inverted in the middle, on which a graduated service shelf is supported. . A plinth, made up of a plinth and a cove molding matching the shape of the console, as well as two slab feet, form the base of this property. You will be charmed by the curves and sculptures of this Console Table, magnified by the warm shades of mahogany.
