"Small Starboard Marine Lantern - XXth"
Small copper Starboard corner marine lantern. It opens on the top by a small lid topped with a collared hat opening on the glass tube which is broken. It also opens with a leaf on the side overlooking the interior. The kerosene lamp inside is attached to a reservoir base that slides into notches in the bottom of the lantern. A blue filter is located in front of the outer molded glass.
Period: Circa 1930.
Very good condition. Broken glass tube.
