"Furniture Between Two "
Narrow solid oak in-between cabinet designed by the cabinetmakers of the Jeanselme house, which furnished, among other places, the imperial palaces such as those of Fontainebleau. It also distinguished itself during the Universal Exhibitions such as that of 1855. On this small piece of furniture we find the stencil mark of this prestigious company on the back. Concave sides with flowerbed panels highlight the front made up of a framed door with a central napkin pleat panel. The molded top opens allowing you to open the door and discover a shelf matching the shape of the piece of furniture. On either side, the corners have two columns with twisted grooves. In the lower part, a projecting plinth also follows the lines of this small piece of furniture with character. Benefiting from quality manufacturing, this in-between piece of furniture will charm you with its beautiful sculpted ornamentation.
