"Crucifix - Living Christ Sculpted - Circa 1800"
Magnificent crucifix in a neo-Gothic style molded wooden key frame, felt background. The living Christ with the crown of thorns in composition, the head turned towards the right, the open eyes raised towards the sky, the half-open mouth. Long hair falling over the right shoulder; bifid beard. Beautiful and large pleated perizonium held by a double cord and tied on the right hip. Good overall condition, small accident to the toe of the right foot.
