"Daisies In An Orange And White Vase (1968) Aimée Martin (1898-1995)"
This still life by the renowned Belgian painter Aimée Martin exudes the stylized atmosphere of the works of Giorgio Morandi, from which she was inspired at one point in her career. The artist, very fashionable during the 60s and at the end of his career, developed a luminous style filled with serenity and joie de vivre which was modulated throughout his creations to achieve a style recognizable by all. His works are exhibited in galleries "K" and "31" as well as in the museums of Ixelles, Charleroi and Tournai.
