"Modernist Art Deco Verlys Opalescent Glass Box 1930s"
A very beautiful bluish opalescence with pink reflections for this box decorated with square cabochons, in three rows, in perfect continuity from the lid to the base. It seems to form a single block, hence its modernist graphics typical of the Art Deco era. In the last photo, with the powder puff that was inside. Very good molding quality on very thick glass. Marked "Made in France" molded in slight relief on the bottom. No apparent signature but most likely a production of Verrerie des Andelys - Verlys (1925-1946). Dimensions: Diameter: 9.6 cm Height: 6.5 cm Very good condition. Many other objects to discover in my stand at the antique fairs in which I participate.
