Rare set in its superb original box, including a large cup with two handles in solid silver with its solid silver spoon. This Victorian set is the work of London Master Silversmith George Maudsley Jackson. The label in the box shows that this piece was sold in the Fattorini and Sons jewelery store in Bradford, Yorkshire. Both coins bear the monogram "HAH" and the date April 7, 1896. Both coins bear the hallmarks of Master Goldsmith George Maudsley Jackson as well as the leopard's head hallmark for London. They also bear the passing lion hallmark certifying that they are in 925/1000 silver. Punches containing the dating letters for 1894 and 1895. The cup weighs 169g and measures 14.5 cm wide x 9 cm high with a neck diameter of 9.5 cm. The Spoon weighs 34g and is 16cm long. Everything is in very good condition.
