Very beautiful Vegetable Dish Covered in Sterling Silver in the Louis XV Rocaille style bearing the engraved Alliance Coat of Arms. Napoleon III period. Minerva 1st Title hallmarks and silversmith's hallmarks It is round in shape alternated with pinched twisted ribs resting on a pedestal. It is engraved with beautiful Alliance coats of arms on the body and on the lid (2 Wolves leaning on 2 coats of arms, all surmounted by a helmet on which is placed an eagle with outstretched wings). Handles and grip of the lid with rockery decoration of 3 leafy branches. Upper edge of the body has a net outline decorated with six foliage motifs in high relief.
