"Marine Painting By Jobling"
Charming painting representing a lively fishing scene by the sea, with a beautiful perspective and beautiful light. Signed lower right in red: Jobling for Robert Jobling (1842-1923), active in Newcastle, exhibited in London from 1878, notably at the Royal Academy. Marine painter. the panel is no longer flat, it has taken on a little curve.
