Art Deco Ceramic Incense Burner by Kai Nielsen And Herman A. Kahler - Danish ceramic"Eventyrskrin" openwork ceramic box with blue/green/black cover, in imitation of an antique green bronze patina, with mythological decoration.
The lid depicts a female centaur embracing a child, and each side of the base is different, with satyrs and animals.
Piece designed by Kai Nielsen (1882-1924) and edited by Herman A. Kahler.
Very good overall condition - a few small chips at the base of the lid, partially covered with black paint (see photos)
