Renaissance style two-piece sideboard in very finely carved walnut from the Bellanger house 61 rue des saints pères in Paris. Period late nineteenth. The pediment carries in its center an important marble medallion framed by two sculptures. This piece of furniture opens with two doors plus two side doors as well as six drawers. A few marble slabs adorn this sideboard. The sculpture is of very high quality. The Cluny Museum has a buffet similar to this one. DIMENSIONS: 1.11 m wide, 0.51 m deep and 2.26 m high.
