"Jam Pot In Fine Earthenware, 19th Century."
Charming earthenware jam maker that combines the elegance of the shape with the very bright yellow color. In very good condition, the rose of the lid is intact which is rare, however the bowl has a slight crack. The handles (of unequal size) and the shape date it from the beginning of the 19th century. There is no mark and attributing this fine earthenware to a factory is very complicated. Apt a priori but the north has produced very similar ones.
