"Large Stool In Golden Wood."
Pretty stool in gilded wood inspired by Islamic art. Sleepers decorated with arabesques and tapestry representing the eight-pointed star (called Andalusia), surrounded by blue velvet. Upholstery and period gilding (some wear). Good overall condition. Period mid-nineteenth century.
