"Cylinder Desk"
Louis XVI style cylinder desk in speckled mahogany veneer, 3 drawers in steps, 2 in belt. The flap reveals the interior in light wood and 3 drawers. The upper top, surrounded by a bronze gallery, is in turquin blue marble. This piece of furniture is stamped Lexcellent Paris on all its drawers as well as under a lower crosspiece, the frame is in oak.It is richly decorated with gilded and very finely chiseled bronzes.
