"Stamp In Ivory And Silver Nineteenth"
Very nice ivory stamp probably from Dieppe. Very finely carved, interlacing snakes rising along a thorny trunk and meeting under acanthus leaves. The stamp is in silver, there is a lack at the level of the snake's tail. The silver part tends to turn. Very nice display item
